Meeting with Ingrid Wilts from Uganda

Ingrid moved from the Netherlands to Uganda nearly 40 years ago and since then it has been a journey from being a servant to becoming a daughter. In 2004 she started a retreat centre on the banks of the River Nile called Mto Moyoni which is Swahili for River in the Heart which is also the title of her book .
